Tickets now on sale for United Way’s “Blue Collar Boxing” event
Omaha, Neb. (KPTM) — United Way of the Midlands is hosting charity boxing tournament next month, and tickets are now on sale to the public.
Hosted by the Omaha Federation of Labor, AFL-CIO, and United Way, Blue Collar Boxing will take place at the Liberty First Credit Union on Wednesday, November 23 at 7 p.m.
During the event, local labor union members will face off against each other in the ring; with all proceeds donated to the Nebraska Center for Workforce Development and Education and United Way of the Midlands to support their work in the Omaha community.
General admission tickets start off at $25 and can be purchased at www.unitedwaymidlands.org/blue-collar-boxing or at the Liberty First Credit Union box office.
