Lauren Kimball
Lauren Kimball, MS, MPA, is the Senior Director for Community Impact and Analytics. In this role, she is responsible for leading UWM’s community research, data collection and evaluation – identifying needs and best practices to guide how we invest resources in the metro area. Lauren has more than 15 years of government and nonprofit experience, and her work has been published in numerous magazines, newspapers, and journals.
Carmen Steele
A writer at heart, Steele has more than 20 years of experience across the radio, television, print, education, arts and corporate worlds. In her current role as Senior Manager, Communications for United Way of the Midlands, she crafts the messaging for the organization – along with overseeing public relations and media outreach. In her free time, she loves attending concerts, sporting events and spending time with her family in Iowa.
