How it Works

Dress Up Solo or Team Up: Whether you’re a lone werewolf or part of a ghostly gang, you have the chance to win big!

Join In-Office or Virtually: We will take photos of costumes immediately following the Team United meeting in the corner lounge near HR – look for the UWM backdrop. If you are unavailable after TU or if you work remotely, please email Bekah, brossi@UWMidlands.org, a picture of your costume by 11 a.m.

Voting

Voting will take place on Thursday, October 31, from noon to 8 p.m.

Each dollar = 1 vote. For example, $5 is 5 votes. The entry with the most money raised wins!

Select who you would like to vote for and enter your donation amount below. If you would like to vote for more than 1 team, just submit a form for each team.

Prizes

The winners of our Halloween Costume Contest will be revealed on Friday, November 1.

Team Points: Teams will earn points by voting. Points are based on percentage of team members who vote. For example, if 8 out of 10 members vote with at least $1, your team will end with 80% participation. Teams will then be ranked by the percentage of voting participation.

Individual costumes will creep away with $45 in Target gift cards, while groups will snatch a thrilling $150 in Target cards.
