We are excited to share that our expanding 211 team will have a new call center soon, sponsored by Daugherty Foundation, Google, 211 Iowa partners and COVID-19-related funding. Ever since catastrophic flooding hit our region in spring 2019, calls to the hotline have been elevated – even more more so with the pandemic. That meant the 211 Helpline needed more space, equipment and Community Resource Specialists to assist people in our community.
Special thanks to HDR and C2 Building Company for making this a reality!

211’s New Space will officially be done later this Spring. While our Community Resource Specialists are still working from home, as soon as it is safe to do so they will be able to work in this new space. Stay tuned for the official reveal of this finished space on United Way of the Midland’s social media channels and emails!
