Completely KIDS Awarded Grant

Completely KIDS was awarded a $232,000 grant from the United Way of the Midlands to support the Completely KIDS afterschool program, family and mental health services, and weekend food program. With the help of this grant, Completely KIDS will continue applying a multigenerational approach to help kids succeed academically by working with children in the afterschool program and providing adult education and parenting classes for their parents. Funding will also assist Completely KIDS in providing behavioral health services and skill building groups for kids dealing with trauma and/ or behavioral issues due to the effects of poverty.
