Who: United Way of the Midlands (UWM), local business leaders, partner agencies and community members.
Why: Kick-off event to launch UWM’s annual fundraising campaign and share how metro-area residents can come together to help our neighbors in need.
What: The program will feature a special 100-year campaign video – along with a Community Impact Panel Discussion, moderated by Jack Keenan – during which individuals will discuss the challenges they have faced or are still facing, and the help they received from some of UWM’s funded partner agencies.
UWM’s 2023 Campaign Chairs Rob Reed, president and CEO, Physicians Mutual, and Stacie Reed –
along with Shawna Forsberg, UWM president and CEO and Brian Woolfolk, UWM board chair – will also
deliver remarks.
This event is hosted by Physicians Mutual.
